I recently had an air spring module replaced. Service drove my car 37 miles. They also unplugged my SSD for dashcam. I asked if 37 miles was normal when I picked up the car and they said yes, they do several test drives. Does this sound normal or consistent with what you all have seen?

I would believe anything over 10 miles to be excessive.
The fact that they unplugged your dashcam indicates they were most likely hooning or doing some other kind of illicit activity they didn't want you knowing about.
This is not new or specific to Tesla, and it's been going on since forever. Which is why we have things like Valet Mode on cars these days. I know it doesn't really help at the SC where they can reset things easily.
