    Bought an S a few weeks back in France and am not impressed with service at all.

    - Have a problem with the windshield, reported the same day as we bought it. We were promised to be called back were not, after escalating we were promised we would be contacted, we were not. Still waiting
    - We had a issue with suspension and after 45 minutes on hold got in contact with the staff who solved the issue, we were promised a follow up call from local service, two weeks later still nothing.
    - Send a mail to support for something non-urgent, after a week no reply.

    Slowly getting pretty pissed off about this. Anybody has any idea what do to get the service I link to a 100.000 euro car?
