Serviced for not charging at super charger

Hello everyone, i need experts advice regarding my problem.

My 2016 Model X stopped charging at the tesla super charger on thursday afternoon. But it was able to charge at a home charger. My car had 2 alerts that the fuse(pyro fuse) needed to be replaced and that the charge port door fault. I had the charge port door fault for some time but it still opens and lights up no problem. I had my car serviced at Tesla and they charged me $654 to replace the charge port door and diagnostic fees. I think they added the other service that i really do not need. I think they shouldve replace the fuse first before doing any other services. The fuse is under warranty. Do you think the door fault alert will prevent me from charging at the super charger?
