Hope everyone is safe and well...
Lately, those of us who bought used Teslas have often faced a great deal of difficulty, surprises or plain neglect from Tesla. They are taking away Supercharging on cars that came with them... Free Premium connectivity, people finding surprises on site, compared to the pictures, etc etc...
I wanted to switch gears and ask you guys to share your wins/success of stories of ever getting Supercharging back? Or getting Ludicrous upgrade renabled? Discount on a feature upgrade? Free feature thrown in? Etc...
Has anyone won lately?
If so, please share what and how you pulled it off?
