Sharing route from Apple Maps

I have iOS 15.x and when i plan a route on Apple Maps and put in an address the next screen has a button with the time it takes. I guess thats the recommended route? From that screen i can share it to the tesla. However, when i tap on the time it takes buttons to get into the actual routing, it presents me with 3 options that i can choose from. What if i do not want to take the recommended fastest route. I can’t share an alternative route on that page. Why am i only allowed to share the recommended fastest route to the tesla? Is there a way to share another route from Apple Maps? Thanks

Not that I am aware. You are not actually even sharing a route, to my knowledge. You are sharing a longitude / lattitude and the cars nav system will take that and route you to the location based on its own maps, not what you sent.

Thats the same from other mapping software on phones, not just apple maps.
