As we’ve all learned, mud flaps are an essential piece of equipment for Model 3. I’ve had the best luck with Rally Armor “universal” mud flaps. Simply trim the long edge, drill two holes, and apply 3M panel mounting tape (VHB, or similar), and it’s done.
What’s nice is that this install doesn’t interface at all with the paint like most mud flaps. I let them hang fairly low for extra protection. They will rub on speed bumps, but not an issue since they are flexible.
I ran this setup for 5 years on my last Model 3. Saved my rocker paint. Here they are installed on my 2024. Hope someone finds this useful.
