SiriusXM - Looking for clarity

Is SiriusXM supposed to come with some free time with a new purchase? I can't seem to get any clarity from Tesla on this. Right now, no audio coming in via XM, just shows the radio id and that's it. Tried calling XM but they want a credit card and to setup an account before even discussing it with me.

Yes, there is a three month trial. Refresh your radio by having SiriusXM send a refresh signal to it. Do this at the following link: SiriusXM. You will need the Radio ID. Try this. Of course, this only will work if Tesla has registered the sale with SiriusXM, which might take a day or two. This only started in August, 2020. Tesla info on this: SiriusXM Trial
