Small hole in passenger side door.

Discovered this small hole in my door. Not sure what caused it. Car is a month old. It almost looks like it melted.
Got the touch up paint kit, but it’s too deep to hold the paint. Got a Tesla appointment end of the month for them to see about patching it up. Any suggestions on a remedy in the meantime? I reached out to a mobile body shop as well who will come look at it.

I hope you can get it fixed under warranty.
Doing a correct job would require painting the full panel door.

Otherwise, get a DIY touch paint kit, thsi will not the last scratch you will have.
