SoCal P85--Orignial owner extended warranty

My Model 3 is arriving next week, so I have to sell my beloved and babied P85. It is a late 2012 (delivered 12/29/12), 57,500 miles, Black with Tan interior. Has almost every option but rear facing seats. Range shows 258 miles. Comes with free supercharging and 100,000 mile warranty and extended service contract (about 42,500 miles left on each). Always garaged, and looks almost new. Battery was replaced at about 23K miles, and drive unit was replaced around 40,000 miles. Clear title, no problems, just received annual service. Some curbrash on 21 inch wheels, but otherwise only very slight flaws. I am in Orange County, CA Please contact me for photos.

I'm out of state, do I have to pay Ca sales tax??

The internet seems to say you should ask the DMV of your home state what would be required in terms of tax payment. My guess is that you have to pay sales tax to the state in which the car will be registered.

I doubt you would use a California plate out of state.
