Software update issue

Hello folks, i am stuck in attached page for few days. Software no downloading. I reset my tesla after get this. I dont see anything in telsa car but it is showing in phone app. I sign out and sing back in but still there. How will i fix it?

When this happened to me, I submitted a Service Request via the phone app and the next day someone at Tesla remotely reset something which resolved the problem.
