Software update stuck downloading at 3%

Never had this happen before. I’m on Wi-Fi with full signal strength. App shows it’s downloading the update but it’s been stuck at 3% for a few hours. Rebooted the touchscreen but still shows 3%.

I had a similar issue with this one. Had to reinstall the old software to clear out the logs, then it went to full install the next day. Just my 2¢.

How do you do that? Can it be interrupted? What if it finished downloading and is taking so long you need to stop it and get going?

Nothing special. Just as you described.

Well no recall for me. Tesla pulled the update and the software update icon disappeared.

These updates are flaky it’s all up to Tesla. Latest one stuck at 3% then 30% and 50% and lagged at 100%. Tried soft reboot-progression bar read 100% when in reality it was stuck at 50%. Best to leave it alone for a few hours.

Mine has been stuck at 100% for about 5 days now...

Ya other than checking wifi interruptions and scroll wheel reboot that’s all we can do from our end.
