Solar financing in California

Looking into a Tesla solar panel and PW system for my house, but Tesla will only finance the PW portion (not sure why). I searched the forums here and didn't see a thread on solar financing, so I am asking here, what is the best way to finance the entire system (up to $57,000). Any good credit unions or banks that offer a good deal? TIA

Mosaic loans did our system w powerwall.
This was done thru tesla but not sure about California.

I looked at Mosaic but it seems there entire website is targeted at contractors, not homeowners. Do you know of a link to a homeowner page? Thanks!
