Credit union or Bank will do it but they will contact seller for title and personal information
Called a couple credit unions here in Texas and they said yes only if the car is registered in the state of Texas

Any recommendations? You can get a loan for a car in another state while living in Texas. No issues with that. They will just want you to title in Texas. That is what I did. Don't be stuck with just Texas CU's. There are better rates outside here. Not to mention a 2022 will likely qualify for new car rates with a lot of CUs.
Thank you mmp151..you are now the high bidder at $70,250
This is a good place to start. US Senate Feeder CU and become a member. Pretty easy to do.
I joined the US Capitol Historical Society; $65. That will qualify you to join the CU. Other options as well.

You may be able to contact your local bank to see if they could help. You can also try lightstream and then once the car is in Texas you can refi the car then.Just spoke to them. They do not finance cars from a private seller
Will they re-fi? If so, use another bank and refi through them. Do you have USAA? They had pretty good rates before but I haven't checked lately. North Carolina Credit Co-op was a good one but I don't know about private party sales.Just spoke to them. They do not finance cars from a private seller
Where are you seeing them in the low 80’s?I've been watching Tesla inventories at least once a day and noticed they dropped the price on a bunch of new 2023 Model S LR and Plaids by $5,000. This is their sneaky way of cutting prices without an official news release. You can now get a brand new 2023 LR for low 80's. I'm still waiting because I think the trend is still down and there's more room to go...
