Some map tiles brighter than others

Ever since V10 I have noticed parts of the map screen being brighter than other spots. Has anyone else experienced this or know the cause/reason?

It's because you're on satellite view which is a quilt of different pictures by different satellites at different times of day.

Switch to Map view instead and it'll all be uniform
