Some random bits - please identify!

Earlier this year, very soon after receiving my M3 LR, I got my car wrapped and CCd.

After, I discovered the attached sitting in the door well/pockets.

They may have been there from before the wrapping but I think I would have noticed.

What are they/where are they from please?!

The black plastic bar-shaped piece with a press-in clip is, I believe, for securing a wiring harness. Tape (plastic or fabric) is wrapped around the wiring and around the bar, then the clip pushes into a plain 8mm hole in sheet steel.

The chrome ‘J’ says it is made from ABS, then bears the initials JLR. Jaguar Land Rover? It does look like the J of ‘XJ’...
