Something strange happened to the large center screen in my MS and the driver's screen

Pictures are helpful. Have a look.
This is a late 2015 Model S, with 59k miles and lots of time in a warm So Cal garage.
At first, it looked like a thin line going across the center screen, but a closer look showed that it was closer to the driver's screen.

Apologies if this has been talked about in this forum before.
It definitely news to me.

Help!

Thanks!

It is worth considering an MCU2 retrofit. It replaces both screens as part of the retrofit with a newer (non-leaking) design. It may actually be cheaper than replacing both screens. The leak does not stop the display from working - just looks bad. Also, the very slowly leaking goo may seep down into the console or other places where you don't want it.
