Sound system all off

I first noticed that my Model S 2016 Mic did not activate and then realized that none of the features that provide sound are working. Can not activate navigation with voice, no radio, no sounds except the horn. Ha ha

Do I need to reset the software???
Ps. I own a 2021 Y, but this S has only been with us for a week. Everything worked fine until today. Any thoughts?? (Thank you)

It's a computer, have you tried turning it off and on again?

Do a reset (hold both scroll wheels on the steering wheel until the screens go blank). This will reboot the system. Note that if it's a 2016 and has not yet had the infotainment upgrade to MCU2, it may take a while to reboot.
