Standing water

Watching the news about hurricane Sally has me thinking about driving through standing water. Does anyone know what depth of water is OK for a MY.

I wouldn't go any deeper than the bottom of the door sills. You generally want to avoid driving through any standing water, especially salt water, but I know it's impossible in certain situations. Hidden stuff in the water and pushing water up and into the brakes, cabin and other hard to reach underside bits can cause issues.

I wouldn't plan too but was just wondering how water proof the battery and electronics are.
