State of Charge in App

When I had tesla in 2019 the app would let me automatically know when (scheduled) charging started and finished. Is this still the case? I can not get the notification unless I open the app, which maybe to late if something went wrong and I already have to leave for work.

I wasn’t getting notifications for a while so I deleted and reinstalled the app. Now I do.

Didn't work for me, also checking those boxes didn't make the difference.
Not sure what else. Perhaps I'll remove and reinstall both- the app and the phone in the car
