Steam while charging?

First time poster and new owner of a Pearl White RWD Long Rage Model 3.

Last night I was at a supercharger in an outdoor parking garage in Chicago (30°-40°) and noticed steam coming from the lower front grill of a Model S parked next to me. It did not stop during the few minutes I was standing there and was more obvious when I pulled in with headlights on.

I took a video to share but am unable to add it to this post.

Where is the steam coming from, and is it normal?

Model S cooling flows in at the foglights, to big radiators in between the fender and wheel well, and hot air is blown out inside the front wheel arches. That's where all the supercharger heat goes. Snow there will be quickly warmed!
