Stock model 3 18 inch wheels on a P3d

This has probably been asked before but can we run the stock 18 inch wheels on a P3d with an appropriate spacer to clear the hub lip ? I recall all thats needed is a 3 mm spacer . Main question is will the barrel clear the big brakes ?

Its been confirmed that aero wheels would fit in the fronts with a spacer, but the rear won't. I'm considering doing a hybrid setup with front stock aero wheels; rears as grey t-sportline. (Aerodynamic efficiency is most important on the front wheels).
