Only when the signal is lost. For me it happens predictably in two certain places.

have had that issue a few times and doing a hard reboot makes it happy. but its been a while since i have seen that issue

I have seen a problem with streaming music when I start out in the morning. It is initially streaming from the WiFi hookup but as soon as I am out of range I get the "pinwheel of death". It did not always do that but I'm not sure when it started.

The easiest way to fix it for me is to listen to radio until I get to my destination. When I reenter the car it then works fine.

could be a cellular data issue in the area
try on WIFI and see if you have the same problem (you can enable hotspot from your phone temporarily)
