Strutt replacement - Engineering Cert

Hi team.
About to pull the trigger on the MCA Comfort coilovers and noticed they had changed the rear spring to now be part of the strut assembly rather than seperate. MCA state that they achieved LS5 Design Code Certification. However given this now differs from stock and could complicate matters legally / insurance in QLD (like for like replacement) has anyone gotten an engineering cert done and the cost?
