Stuck in Standby Mode

System suddenly stuck in standby mode for last 24 hours. I’ve reset the gateway, reset entire system with main breaker and contacted Tesla. They’ve updated to Tier 2 support but quoting me 25-30 days to resolve… meanwhile nothing going back to the grid. This is going to be an expensive month…

Are you running in self powered mode?

I ask because they seem to have screwed something up with the VPP event and when I was in self powered mode yesterday the powerwall wasn't discharging. Switching to time based control seemed to fix it.

I have had a similar problem, turned out to be an issue with my utility and the grid not being compliant. Have you logged in to the gateway and attempted to 'go off grid'? If yes, do the solar and batteries kick on? Double check the System_Status for errors <IP>/api/system_status look for grid faults.

I am in self-powered mode and worked ok yesterday dumping to the grid for 5 hours.
It wasn't a smooth 4kW as there were some dips in that period, down to 2kW briefly at one point.

Tesla coming out in a couple of weeks. Apparently something wrong with my system after the update they did on the system a month ago.
