Stuck with "Loading..." spinner?

Have others been running into problems where the Model 3 screen is "stuck" where it just shows two spinners and says "Loading..." ?

This happened to me today, and I couldn't get any audio to play. Radio stations wouldn't tune, USB & streaming wouldn't play.
The nav and other functions still worked but all the "media player" functions were stuck.
I made a phone call and didn't hear any audio from it.

So I rebooted the screen and it came back the same way.
I then pulled my two flash drives (one with music, one for dashcam), and rebooted again.
Still same thing.
So I finished my drive with no audio and the blasted "loading..." spinner.
When I came back to the car an hour later, it was working normally again.

I wonder what causes this. Very annoying.

By the way, I have firmware 2018.42.2.19e7e44 right now.

Try clicking tunein and then going back to Spotify usually works for me

This happened again today... I rebooted the screen 3 times, but it persisted.
Then I used the "power off" function on the screen, and then pressed the brake pedal to turn back on and then everything was working again.

Try another flash drive.... could be causing the MCU to hang up
