Stupid Gash - Just use touch-up paint?

Someone bumped my Y's rear bumper. So annoyed. Viewed multiple Sentry videos but could not find the culprit, which is even more aggravating.

In any event, will the Tesla Touch Up Paint kit do the job? It's about 2 inches long.

You might get better results if you use Dr Color Chip or Touch Up Direct touch up paint kits. These suppliers have short how to videos that show you how to apply the product for best results.
