These short sellers are brutal.
I think I heard his name is Brian Sparks. He set forth the petition. He doesn’t own a Tesla, and he’s a well known Short seller.
I’m sure he’s short in cash these days though.

of course, the so-called Journalists didn't think to question the veracity of an anonymous "petition" filed with NHTSA? When I first heard the word petition, I assume it was a PI attorney just trying to drum up some bidness. But then, an attorney working to build a class action would never want to be anonymous.

I slowed down the car in order to give a little bit more space to an upcoming car on a snow-narrowed street, suddenly, the car jumped ahead about half of a foot before I hit the brake. Can't explain this as I'm sure traction control was not on and I was on a straight drive. BTW, I already switched to chill mode and regen set to low.

So basically it slipped on an icy patch?
Going from stopping to not-stopping will create both the visual illusion and overall feel of acceleration.
