Supercharger - Camarillo, CA (location selected, no permits in place)

Found this in an agenda packet from February while following an unrelated tip for the area. I haven't been able to find any permits yet on the city's permit tracker so I'll hold off on adding the location to Supercharge Info until a permit is found, or when Tesla adds the city to Find Us.

Additionally, staff worked with Tesla on a pre-application for the establishment of 15 electric vehicle charging stations in the parking lot for Target at the Camarillo Town Center shopping center. Tesla has yet to apply for a Zone Clearance for the charging stations.

I was in the area today so I checked the whole parking lot, but there aren't any signs of anything happening yet.

I was looking at the supercharger map and was surprised there weren't any at the camarillo outlets. The target shopping center is very busy also, and would be a great location. Looking forward to it!

So does this mean 1775 E Daily Drive is the actual location?
I'll be driving past there today so I'll swing by and find out.
There didn't seem to be any permits for that address that I could find in the online permit search, so perhaps it hasn't reached that stage yet.

No signs of construction yet.
Looks like they could build the supercharger in the back parking lot, behind the stores, especially since the front lot is not very large and generally well-occupied. The back lot is pretty easily accessible - basically a long row of parking stalls that is rarely used. There are periodic gaps along the shopping center that provide access to the back lot, so it should be easy to walk to any of the numerous stores and food shops.
