Not sure what they're waiting on here. It looks mostly completed. It's actually more connected to an Arby's parking lot moreso than Taco Bell but very close to the highway and near lots of food and lodging options. Photos taken on 2/4/23.

I charged there last Saturday and the charging was fine, but the station didn't show up as being online in my Tesla's navigation (it did in the app though).
