For future reference, "Reduced Service" pretty much always means that the supercharger works. Usually it's limited stalls available (as in this case), or reduced power. "Temporary Closure" is the real head scratcher. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. I get that they generally want to under-promise and over-deliver when a supercharger is having problems, but it would be nice if Tesla could write a brief description for what the issue is that the supercharger is having. Because something like "only 4 out of 8 stalls available due to paving" would be a non-issue if you were going through Conifer late at night on a weeknight or something. Or "max power 80kW" would be a minor delay in most circumstances. But obviously "power down to all stalls" would be a huge problem.
