Similar to Raymondville, the NEVI website has a dashboard that shows their funded sites. The applicant for Cotulla is Tesla. Going to the NEVI Dashboard, the dot centerpoint is at the Taco Palenque located at 358 I-35, Cotulla, TX 78014. NEVI location Burleson, Gainesville, and Wichita Falls similarly have dots on the NEVI dashboard matching permit filings for those locations.

In addition, the Find Us page was updated yesterday and Cotulla was added as a coming soon pin.

Taco Palenque used to have a destination charging spot, but now it has apparently been downgraded to a NEMA 14-50... so maybe a long lunch break or a nap or both.
