That address is a place in the Arrow Center, not Arrow Plaza.
It's the address of a stereo place that's the "wrong" end of the mall.
Looks like the mall has a few places to eat.

This center was pretty sketchy when it used to be anchored by the indoor swap meet and honestly think it probably a little worse now that the space is sitting vacant. It’s mostly a parking lot at this point on the east side of the strip mall.

Nice to see that Tesla is finally starting to fill out the giant supercharger hole here in the ESGV though!

The pin point locates this newest supercharger in the Harbor Freight parking lot. Lots of space. They are even building a new gas station -lol.
City recently replaced and repaved the streets in that area. Great location with Chinese food and other places. A short drive to Walmart. Unfortunately I didn’t see any sign of SC construction yet!
