Interesting to see if that parking fee changes. Tesla is very adverse to landlords charging for parking at SC's now. I was in discussions with them on getting a large SC installed at a property and they wanted us to make an exception on the parking fees for Tesla's that were charging. Impossible to implement that as it was a large transit hub and no way to verify who charged so ended up going nowhere.
