Jumping the gun. Shouldn't start a thread until Tesla starts construction applications. Target Opening doesn't mean becoming available. Hell many Tesla SC sites go for YEARS with the Target Opening X quarter changing (Metter for example) as the years go by while others seemingly pop up "out of the blue".
