So, we’re supercharging in Gainesville, FL & our X indicates we’re charged to the 80% parameter and suddenly an unexpected dramatic situation occurs: the dash & touchscreen start rapidly vacillating between “zero battery warning & charging complete” beeping & sending warnings about stopping, pulling over, not driving etc., etc., all while sitting in the supercharging stall. Crazy huh?
So, trying not to panic we did a hard reset & then a soft reset to no avail before contacting roadside assistance on a Sunday evening before Labor Day. The tow truck driver was not an optimistic conversationalist about our 2019 X. Say it’s not so!
