I've not done the other highways because the same exits/intersections are used for the existing Fort Pierce, FL. I"ll replace the I-95 and FTP if/when this site opens.

Seems like an odd choice. That is located in an old outlet strip mall that is mostly desolate. Really, onlythe Burger King is in business. I would not stop there at night, I'd head across to the Wawa on the other side of I-95. Perhaps the developer is revitalizing the mall.

There isn’t much around. A Burger King and gas station. Maybe Cracker Barrel is walkable

There are neither sidewalks nor light poles along the way, so if you take that walk your risk being part of the statistics.

Seems odd for a V4 station with magicdock to not be listed as supporting other vehicles.
