I don't have US-15 above because the existing location would use the same exit. I'll update that later.
Also note that for US-40 my data still has the older v2s although both Hagerstown, MD and Frederick, MD have v3s that would add a little additional diversion distance.
Also I found that currently OSM-based mapping to the location from (I-70E or) US-15/US-340N is messed up because US-15/US-340 Exit 11 doesn't allow a left turn onto Jefferson Pike as it should (according to Google Street View and Google navigation). I've edited OSM to allow it so hopefully that will be fixed in the mapping soon.
