Thanks to @bmah for finding the Supercharger on Warm Springs, I went searching and found a permit in work for Superchargers at Hyatt Place Fremont/Silicon Valley located at 3101 W Warren Ave, Fremont, CA 94538.

Installation of Tesla EV superchargers and associated AC and DC equipment. Installation of pre-cast concrete equipment pad and charge post footings. Installation of ADA accessible features.

This is maybe SC #7 for Fremont though it remains to be seen if Tesla will actually build all of them.

A little birdie told me this (or some Supercharger fitting this description) is under construction now. I have not seen this first hand, so this is more of a hint to go take a look and confirm.

EDIT: The little birdie forwarded me a picture. This is the south side of the Hyatt Place. Note V4 posts, although it's too hard from this angle to count stalls. Definite construction activity though!
