Marco found a permit for a future Tesla Supercharger in Gluckstadt, Mississippi, north of Jackson, off I-55. Doesn't look like the hotel has been built yet.

A new Supercharger is coming soon to Gluckstadt, Mississippi!!

As part of the plan set for a future development off I-55 called Germantown Crossing, an 8-stall station is set to be installed behind the Springhill Suites Hotel.

Here are the approximate coords: 32.5219, -90.0996.

I'm going to be passing through that area on Thursday and will try to detour over to see what's there now. No promises though because I have a busy itinerary and not much range margin.

As planned, I did stop by this location today. I wasn't expected to see anything, except maybe a coming soon sign for the hotel, but I couldn't even find that. There is lots of retail construction happening all along this road -- I think the road itself is new. This panoramic photo is facing east towards the lot where the above map marker is, with the two existing businesses on either side (actually both under construction) .

There's also a big empty lot across the street (west side), with only real estate signage, no specific development.

For the record, and easier entry into navigation systems for now, the approximate address is:

This following news item mentions the development where the supercharger is being built. It’s sort of vague but the piece ties the supercharger with the opening of the first phase, which will be in the middle of 2024.

Same here. I drive to Pearl during the week if I forgot my mobile connector.

My parents are in Jackson, so this will be a good charger to have if I were to ever drive from here in the DMV area to Jackson.

I'm going to be driving I-20 through that region on March 30th. Normally I'd try to detour to this site (like I did last June) but this time it would be a 45 minute detour so, no, somebody else can go check it out

I'm looking forward to this location. I have family up the road from it and this will keep me from having to drive all the way to Pearl to top off before heading home.
