Evidently, this will be paired with a set of Electrify America chargers at the same location. Continuing the apparent partnership Tesla has with EA for other recent stations on Long Island. Montauk and Lake Grove both have EA as well.

Since you work two miles from there and eat lunch in that shopping center, how about cruising through and giving us an update?

It looked finished to me when I checked it out a few days ago. The connections were completed etc.. I tried to plug in and it said ready to charge, but didn't actually charge. It's raining today but I'll take a look when I go over to Chipotle for lunch this afternoon.

Okay, I stopped by at lunch and it looks all done! Still not actually charging though and no signs or anything? Not showing on Tesla’s website as a coming soon supercharger either?

The lights aren’t on yet (red backlit TESLA and the little white light above the cord). Once the lights are on, it should charge.

Screenshot or pic showing it in use? Facebook posts have been inaccurate before - people drive by and see the station and assume it’s open without actually plugging in to find out.
