I noticed this site while driving past it, so I pulled over and took a few pics. Upon a quick count it looked like the full 32 stalls as shown in the permit. It's in the parking lot of the Hawaiian Gardens Casino.

It's in a huge fenced off section of the lot, and it looks like an arm gate is going to be installed so access will probably be restricted (you can see it in the 4th photo). Maybe it will be a pin code on the touchscreen since it doesn't look like a paid lot, maybe just to curb ICE vehicles from parking here. When I was here on a Saturday night the lot was pretty busy so it's probably a good idea to restrict access to this lot.

The site looks mostly completed and looks like it's just awaiting transformer installation (the pad is in the corner of the 2nd photo with the conduit sticking out of the ground).

Drove by this site today and it seems like a transformer is now in place, so hopefully this site will open any day now.

Took a photo but wasn't able to stop by, so the photo is from the street. It's hard to see as it is camouflaged by the bushes, but if you look real hard you can see the green transformer behind the fencing,

Looks like this site might be having issues? Drove by today and found that 9 of the 32 stalls were out of order. Perhaps some teething issues?

Did they price drop this area? This is the only affordable supercharger in the whole Los Angeles area now.
