I have a friend who lives super close to this location. I asked him to keep an eye out for any signs of construction.

In case anyone was wondering, no construction yet. I'm gonna guess that a likely location would be the underutilized parking area just east of the Extra Mile store...easy access from the street and far enough from most of the stores that there wouldn't be much traffic impact. But hey that's just a guess.
