Wow, another big surprise! I originally looked forward to this bypass route heading to Luling and TX130. But now I think Converse TX route will work out better.

I stoped at BK a couple of weeks ago and it ed like they put the fence up and were ready to start construction.
Haha, they are quick! Correction on the number of stalls -- there are 12! V3, of course, pre-fab.
I was passing through the area and stopped by to get you all an update, even though it appears there are locals here that are doing just fine without me 
There were workers busy on site, seemingly focused on a new base for a light pole. It looks like the concrete pad for the transformer was just poured this morning because it was very wet and dark. So give that pad some time (days? weeks?) and it will be ready for the transformer to be set down on it.
The Tesla pedestals are a bit oddly placed. There is a two parking space gap between pedestal 8 and 9. Further, this parking lot is now going to be really tight for non-Tesla parking spaces. It was completely full when I arrived at lunch time on a weekday, and I had to park illegally. I predict that this will get ICE'd a fair amount.
