It also makes for a nice circuit, if we want to take a trip Winnipeg- Calgary (Banff) - Edmonton - Winnipeg, without having to divert back down from Saskatoon to Regina.

The bollards seem to be a dead giveaway on recent installs, so not much room for doubt.
Yes, I don't recall seeing many installations - especially in more out of the way places - where non-Tesla chargers are installed in quantities bigger than 2.
Often Tesla itself adds 2 non-Tesla chargers in order to qualify for the government grants.
We have 4 FLO chargers in our hometown co-located with 12 superchargers. Tesla did the entire install.
In case there was any further debate about this being a Tesla site, I found this on NRCan's ZEV Infrastructure funding map:

I can't believe this file was just sitting there, and all the recent Tesla superchargers additions in the past few months was on that list.
I know! I've been looking for the regular updates NRCan used to provide, but it looks like they're all on this map now.
Interestingly, not all the new sites we've seen are on that map. The smaller sites in northern Alberta for example aren't there (Whitecourt and Valleyview). I suppose those were paid for by Tesla entirely. Probably explains why they're only 4 stalls too.
