32 and 67kW? That’s like an urban charger... has anyone been able to charge faster?

I charged at 140 kW back in late November, right after it went online.

On a trip last week to Virginia Beach, I had to stop at the Newport News supercharger at the Patrick Henry Mall on 12300 Jefferson Ave.
I was in a hurry, in pain and barely able to walk from a foot injury, and not thinking straight, so it did not occur to me to take pictures. However, this supercharger location felt almost abandoned. It was in terrible shape.

The first supercharger stall I tried had a bad plug that would not latch.
The second stall would latch but not charge.
Navigation did not indicate any stalls down or unavailable.
There appeared to be at least two stalls with cables left on the ground that could not latch back to their holders (perhaps run over by vehicles).
Trash everywhere and no trash can in sight.
I had never encountered this before and wasn't sure what to do. It wasn't until later that I learned that there is a contact phone number at each supercharger. Will try that next time.

In contrast, all the other superchargers in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area located at Wawa gas stations were awesome.
