Supercharger Repair

Is there a way to get Tesla's attention for ac elerated repair of Super hargers that are out of service? 3 of 8 are out at Wawa in Springfield, NJ.

If it shows in the nav that stalls are unavailable Tesla already knows about it. If not the only contact option is 888-51TESLA but don't expect anyone to pick up.

I had a situation twice a few years ago where the superchargers were probably working but one could not charge. Tesla would have no way of knowing this unless they were monitoring cameras trained on the area. I ended up emailing the president of the Tesla Owners Club who had some internal supercharger contacts at Tesla. On the in-car map/navigation both locations showed all stalls were available even though all stalls in the first case and some in the second were inaccessible.
Problem #1: Cambridge Ont. supercharger had brand new asphalt and about 2 car lengths away yellow tape blocking off all access to the stalls.
Problem #2: Huntsville Ont. two of the stalls had a >3m tall large pile of snow in front of them from plowing the parking lot.
(Both probs were obviously not at the same time of year.)
