The usual rule of thumb is we'd like a photo of something at the site that's Tesla-branded or clearly is part of a Supercharger installation (such as the bases for charging posts). That way we know it's really the Supercharger under construction and not someone just digging holes in the ground or whatever.

supercharge.info uses roughly the same guidelines as TMC does.

We usually like some kind of evidence to back up the assertion that a Supercharger under construction is actually active. In this case it's up on the mobile app. Another way is to post a picture of your car charging on the new Supercharger.

Supercharger Salinas south main is LIVE. Location is very convenient on my way from SF-Pebble. In the corner of south main adjacent to Nob Hill.
