I can confirm that this supercharger is open and operational. Currently charging along with a model X. Our patience is finally rewarded!

Charging today, but they are still working on the handicap spot. They’re grinding down the handicap parking pad and making a mess. Ha.

But charging is working great!

Well I was there just about 30 minutes ago, it didn't charge. I had to go to Duluth charger.

Just tried charging again and no luck with 3 different stalls. Weird.

The yellow tape is back on aa of Saturday morning June 17, at 11:30 am.

Yellow tape is still up on Monday, June 19th, across all charging stations.

The Tesla technician I spoke to a few weeks ago said this location was the first time they had used a new contractor, and there were multiple issues with the project during construction.

I was driving by earlier today as well, so stopped by and saw that the yellow tape was still up. They had a guy with a level going stall to stall taking measurements and looks like the handicapped stall still needs some attention

Drives me insane when the posts are centered on the parking spots instead of being at the edge of the parking spots. Unnecessary pressure on the car's charging port. Cordele is this way as well...contractor's error in that case, I presume. I think in Suwanee it must have to do with the handicap space conundrum, as the most recent pics shown here are restriped (to be in the wrong place). Sigh.

Agreed!

And also, the poles are right next to the curb, which, if you're not careful, will dent your Tesla backend (speaking from experience at another location when I first got my Tesla. #ugh)

It appears the building permit was finalized in late May. So I guess the holdup must be with Tesla and the charging site not meeting its standards.

Pretty sure it has to do with the pavement and whoever painted the lines and made the handicap spot. It looks so sloppy (can still see the old lines) and the pavement spot was elevated compared to the other spots. That contractor was so dumb!
