Supercharger - Truckee, CA - Pioneer Trail (Grading Permit)

Based on the address recently leaked, 10400 Pioneer Trail, I was able to find a grading permit for the site across the street from the CHP office. It is for a business park and was issued in 2021. Anyone in the area who can see if any actual grading has been done? Once the grading has been done (looks like lots of tree clearing based on satellite imagery) then Tesla could do the work they need. Q2 2023 is the target date.

Good find. I was wondering where it was going. Truckee will soon have 6 fast charging stations: 4 Tesla, 1 EA, 1 Rivian. Not bad for a town of 17k people.

I cannot find record of the grading permit being active so it was likely abandoned as there are no other active permits for the site and no one has posted about seeing construction.
