Could be. I'll check this evening as I track the hosts. It would be a really good sign for Henryetta, OK, since the ideal spot is at the new QuikTrip to the east of the city. They had some issues with the development there. Hopefully this is the start of a beautiful friendship.
Also, this one will be a Pathetic Splitter!, as this is just after the start of I-44. And this will be V3, where Henrietta, TX is V2.

I wonder if this is the NEVI site. TxDOT just announced the Phase 1 Program grants and Tesla won 9 of the 53 sites including Wichita Falls. I think this means they will also have CCS-1 connections (likely MagicDocks).
It is, considering it lays in the middle of the circle on the TxDOT NEVI site. (Even says so on PlugShare)
It's hard to say. This permit is only a month old. There are some permits that are well over a year old. There are a lot of things that go into building a Supercharger - things like getting the power to the location, timeline for the contractors, how long it takes for the local utility to provide a transformer etc.

BTW, this now shows on Tesla's supercharger map.
Those dates listed on TDLR projects are not always reliable. Example: the Abilene TX site said it would start by 1/1/24 and finish by 2/29/24 but no work has actually been started on it yet as of 3/21/24.
